How to Use The Best Pickup Lines
We've all been there: You're in a club, having a good time, single and you see that one man or woman across the room and time seems to stop. No one but them is around. Of course, you want to go talk to them, get their number. But you may be concerned as to how to approach them. That being said, you have literally hundreds of pickup lines you could use. But what are the best pickup lines?
Part of that answer depends on the type of image you want to project. Do you want to seem funny, serious, a little risque? How can you answer this and choose the best pickup lines? Watch the person you intend to use them on! Are they sober, on their way to being drunk? Are they happy, having a good time and laughing, or do they look serious or depressed. A little observation can go a long way here, and since you want to be successful, take your time. Do not rush, or whatever you decide will seem forced.
Once you've taken stock of your soon to be date and chosen your best pickup lines, what then? The hardest part is to follow, and that is (of course!) going up to them and starting conversation. This will be easier if they are alone. If they are in a group, you may need to modify your approach. Be open, be friendly and a bit of nervousness is fine (we all have some), but if you feel like you'll stutter, then take a moment and relax. This is not a test or a work related meeting, it is simply for fun. Treat it as such, that way your best pickup lines will come off as spontaneous.
The thing to remember here is that the best pickup lines often are not those you may find on the Internet or in a book or video (or even a coaching session) but are those that are spontaneous, built from what you observe around you. If you see they are engrossed in a sports game, use that. Or if they are discussing politics, use that. You literally have thousands of options.
That is the key to successfully using the best pickup lines: they may not sound like pickup lines at all. Although some may disagree, one of the best is "hi!" as this is a single, innocuous word that cannot be interpreted in the wrong way and opens the field up to many different conversations, as well as a great ice breaker. After that, it is all you.
In fact, the best pickup lines are the ones that foster conversation as opposed to the usual "I lost my number, can I have yours?" type that we've all either seen or (Heaven forbid) been a victim of at some point.
