Can 101 Pick Up Lines Work For You?

So, you're at this bar and then they show up. You know the one. That particular woman or man that instantly has every eye in the place on, and every other person jealous. If you're like most of us, you'll probably do a double take. Then you'll start thinking of the probably 101 pick up lines you could use.

But do they work? A few examples: "You must be tired, because you've been running through my mind ALL day!" or "I must be dead because you're an angel." or even "Honey, I'm new in this town – do ya think I could have directions to your house." In short, there are actually way more than 101 pick up lines, but those are the ones I could think of quickly.

By looking at the above, you may notice a few things. First, these are designed to make your object of desire stop and take notice, as in "what did you just say?" that could give you an opening….or get you slapped. Remember the other thing here is that the lines above could be considered in bad taste at best or at worst a form of harassment.

It very much pays to be careful when considering exactly whether or not to use many of the 101 pick up lines available for the above reasons and also because you need to be unique. Yep, there's a lot of competition out there so you wouldn't want to be caught using pick up lines that are overused: "Hey baby what's your sign?" or that are considered outdated.

The key to think about when considering one of the over 101 pick up lines out there (with more being created every day) is that using the same thing as every other guy out there will not get you any closer to the woman in question. The best thing here is to try to come up with something unique to you.

Be observant, watch what they does. If you notice they're an excellent pool player, see if he or she will have a game with you. In this case you can afford to be a little risque just remember to be tasteful as well. You're both there to have fun and unwind. If you're having troubles, perhaps you can modify one of the 101 pick up lines for your own use.

This may actually be the best way to go, as most pick up lines have been heard ad nauseum and are considered passe. Coming up with your own will give you points for creativity, even it it elicits a groan from the girl in question. If one of your 101 pick up lines falls flat, this may get you "in the door" so to speak as she may just admire you for trying and from there you can start a conversation.

101 pick up lines can work, if you know when, where and how to use them effectively.
